It means you can come off Effexor venlafaxine straight away, and the withdrawal effects from Duloxetine aren't too bad. Jacs Deinonychus Merit wrote:So I'm having side effects from the Effexor Venlafaxinelike tremors, sleepiness, loss of appetite, dizziness and yawning. I am on it at the moment. I fealt really sick for the first week but that has passed now. I am now on week 5 and have tremors in both hands, although no one else seems to have noticed.

I also lost my appetite completely, although it is coming back slowly, and the dizzy spells are also fading although they we so bad in the first week or so that I ended up on the floor and few times.
