What is Generic Diclegis?
Molindone: Consistent with the pharmacology of molindone, additive effects may occur with other CNS active drugs such as anticonvulsants. In addition, seizures have been reported during the use of molindone, which is of particular significance in patients with a seizure disorder receiving anticonvulsants.
Nateglinide: Acetazolamide has rarely caused hyperglycemia and glycosuria in patients with diabetes mellitus, probably due to drug-induced hypokalemia. Because of this, a potential pharmacodynamic interaction exists between acetazolamide and all antidiabetic agents, such as nateglinide. Nifedipine: Nifedipine can have additive hypotensive effects with other antihypertensive agents including carbonic anhydrase inhibitors.
This additive effect can be desirable, but the patient should be monitored carefully and the dosage should be adjusted based on clinical response. Nitrates: Nitrates can cause hypotension. This action may be additive with other agents that can cause hypotension such as diuretics.
Diamox is a very weak diuretic. The Diamox worked like a dream for quite a while and then I was requiring higher and higher doses until I was 3 grams daily. I do think Diamox has potential - particularly for those for whom Topamax has been effective but caused prohibitive side effects.

How should I take Generic Diclegis?
Diamox can cause uncomfortable but not dangerous side effects if you begin with too large of a dose. This effect fades after a while. Talk to your doctor about starting Diamox slowly. Most have no objections to a slow start to reduce chances of side effects. If at any point side effects are bothersome you can stay at that level until you adjust and then begin moving up again.
