At first I was hesitant because I read about the bad side effects you can get brain zap, uncontrollable movements, etc but I have finally decided to try it.
It's not sedating although it does make me feel like I have "medicine head" for about an hour after I take it and it doesn't help with sleep much so I'm taking Lunesta. It's not addicting and weaning off is pretty easy so give it a shot. Happy to chat further about it.
